Have you attached your guilded character(s) to your enjin account? If you haven't the website won't give you guild access.

To fix that, go to your username on the top right of the page and click on it.
On the page that comes up, click on the characters tab and input your information to attach a character.
Once you've done that, I suggest clicking on the "Log in as Character" link next to your main, so that when you log in, it uses that character's name and profile for you automatically as your username and portrait for the website and mumble.
